All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The accepted and registered papers can be published in the following conference proceedings:

Paper Submission and Review Process

All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers. The review process will consider:

• The Topic’s Conformity
• The Coverage of the Topic
• The Contents: Innovation; Integrality; The "Literary" Presentation; The Technical Depth
• The Overall Organization
• English

Copyright

Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign a copyright form. The copyright will be transferred to the publisher, who will publish the proceedings/journal.

A. Full Paper (for Presentation with Publication)

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings or journal.

B. Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference, and the presentation will not be published.
